Situation:
A large telecommunications service provider had an ongoing diversity initiative. In response to progress made and a changing competitive business environment, they needed to assess their current situation and determine a new direction.

Solution:
A results and gap assessment was performed on the current strategy, objectives, and results. This was analyzed considering the CEO’s new business goals. Tactical and strategic recommendations were made regarding accountability, the need for updated action plans, and a fundamental new approach to directly link diversity actions with key business drivers.

Outcome:
The assessment was accepted as a basis for future planning.

Situation:
A prominent company in the institutional financial services sector was developing a diversity and inclusion strategy. They wanted to understand current trends in their workforce and work environment as one set of inputs to defining their strategy.

Solution:
An analysis was performed on various data including employee surveys, exit interviews, workforce representation, and movement (i.e. hires, promotions, and losses). These findings were presented in graphical form to highlight relevant trends.

Outcome:
The analysis proved a valuable complement to input obtained from senior leadership. It was a significant contributor to defining the overall scope and objectives of the diversity and inclusion strategy.
