diversity initiative. In response to progress made and a changing
competitive business environment, they needed to assess their
current situation and determine a new direction.
Solution:
A results and gap assessment was performed on the current
strategy, objectives, and results. This was analyzed considering
the CEO’s new business goals. Tactical and strategic
recommendations were made regarding accountability, the need
for updated action plans, and a fundamental new approach
to directly link diversity actions with key business drivers.
