A major food service and facilities management provider
was beginning to form employee network groups and wanted
to ensure that the groups’ direction was connected
to business purpose.
Solution:
Reviewed the existing policy handbook. Recommended specific
changes and expanded use of executive champions to help ensure
a successful implementation.
Outcome:
Updated and re-wrote the policy handbook with leading-edge
concepts, and developed executive champion, budgeting, and
funding processes specific to the client’s needs. |
