Situation:
The U.S. subsidiary of a Global 500 service provider needed
a new scorecard to help guide and measure progress for its
evolving diversity and inclusion initiative.
Solution:
An analysis was done of the subsidiary’s current diversity
scorecard and affirmative action plan reports. Benchmarking
input from many other companies was folded into the analysis
along with the company’s specific needs and objectives.
Outcome:
Scorecard format and content recommendations were provided
that emphasized accountability for results and simplified
planning and measurement. This included an executive briefing
template for ongoing reporting purposes. |
