Situation:
The U.S. subsidiary of a Global 500 service provider needed a new scorecard to help guide and measure progress for its evolving diversity and inclusion initiative.

Solution:
An analysis was done of the subsidiary’s current diversity scorecard and affirmative action plan reports. Benchmarking input from many other companies was folded into the analysis along with the company’s specific needs and objectives.

Outcome:
Scorecard format and content recommendations were provided that emphasized accountability for results and simplified planning and measurement. This included an executive briefing template for ongoing reporting purposes.

Situation:
A financial services company needed metrics and a scorecard to help measure progress on its global diversity and inclusion strategy.

Solution:
The overall goals and initiatives of the strategy were analyzed. The company’s analytical culture was reviewed along with input from the CEO and senior leadership team about their needs. Metrics were designed to provide an effective blend of challenge and practicality as a basis for moving forward.

Outcome:
The metrics plan and scorecard were accepted and are being used to track and report on progress.

A major telecommunications service provider needed to update its diversity scorecard based on results achieved and a new direction for its diversity initiative.

Solution:
The company’s current scorecard and results were analyzed in light of the new direction. A new scorecard was designed that aligned with the company’s diversity strategy and linked to key business objectives.

Outcome:
The new diversity scorecard was used to guide subsequent work and served as a basis for CEO reporting.
