Situation:
A group of executives needed to learn more about leading-edge
concepts in accountability for diversity and inclusion.
Solution:
An interactive briefing / workshop was designed. Accountability
was considered from the perspectives of the diversity practitioner,
leadership at all levels, and individual contributors. Each
aspect of accountability was explored to understand its nature
and key motivators. A practical model was provided for using
this in individual work situations.
Outcome:
The session was very well received. Many people provided
feedback that it was the best session they had experienced
and that they would be able to apply the concepts in their
own work. |
