Situation:
A Fortune 500 company’s diversity strategy was four
years old, and much progress had been made. Facing new
marketing plans and business challenges, the existing diversity
strategy was at risk of becoming disconnected from business
needs.
Solution:
Consistent with the company’s preferences, a small
team was convened consisting of HR, Employee Communications,
and employees. The team developed a new strategy as an evolutionary
step forward from the former initiative.
Outcome:
The strategy was deployed company wide as the guiding framework
for all subsequent diversity work. |
