Situation:
Many companies have experienced class action lawsuits in
recent times with their associated expense, operations
impact, and negative publicity. The CEO of a corporation
that has not had such an issue asked about the company’s
current situation and whether any new actions might
further improve the work environment and reduce susceptibility
to, or impact of, a lawsuit.
Solution:
A comprehensive analysis was performed of relevant current
expenses, EEO and OFCCP compliance data, diversity objectives
and progress, and people process assessments. A briefing package
and a management scorecard were prepared.
Outcome:
The analysis helped identify some opportunities for further
improvement. The scorecard helped manage and track progress. |
